Spring Season (5/15 - 6/24) Our Spring Season offers wonderful early fishing and a quiet vacation spot. We have seven self-sufficient cottages that are available at this time. We provide daily maid service. Summer Season (6/24 - 8/26) Early Bird and Mid Season we have an American plan, which includes three meals per day in our dining room. We provide picnic lunches for those people who would like to spend their day at the beach or day trip in the area. Fridays, weather permitting, we have a lobster cookout and watch the sunset over beautiful Big Averill Lake. Fall Foliage (8/26 - 10/12) Our Fall Season is a quiet time to enjoy the earliest foliage in New England. Reflected on a mirror still lake it is a sight to behold. Cottages with kitchens are available in the Fall Season, and daily maid service is provided. Traditionally, our foliage peaks the last week in September.
